Read it Again: Giggle, Giggle Quack. The objectives for our story are to understand and use new words describing aspects of books and print, to talk about the meaning of new words, includinghow words can have more than one meaning (an eye on, settle in, in charge), to identify when two words share the same first sound, and to produce a fictional story that has a setting and characters.
Creative Curriculum: Button, Button, Who's Got the Button? and The Mitten. We have discussed the many ways we fasten our clothes and how we can make our clothes.
